En-Mazing Race

NYEC’s signature event The En-mazing Race, returns on Saturday 28th April 2012 following a year’s hiatus! Teams of 5 students aged 13-16 accompanied by 1 facilitator will race around Singapore in 5 different but equally-exciting routes completing various environmentally-themed challenges!

Participants will face down environmental issues of the 3Rs, Cleanliness and Anti-littering as they weave through the thrills of outdoor adventure and the challenges of public advocacy. Apart from physically and mentally-stimulating tasks, new perspectives on Biodiversity in Singapore await teams as they race their way to victory! But do take note: Unlike most other races, how well participants complete your tasks will be more important than how fast they are completed!

That’s not all! 1 of the 5 winning teams will stand a chance to go on an all-expense paid 4D3N trip to Hong Kong at the end of the year as youth environmentalist ambassadors!
